Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about buying from OIO Global. If a product isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it. No interrogation, no “but did you really try it”.
The short version
- 30 days from purchase.
- Any reason — or no reason at all.
- Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to ask
The easiest way: reply to your purchase confirmation email. Or email hello@oioglobal.co or message us on WhatsApp. Include the email address you used at checkout.
Bundles
Bundles are refundable as a whole, not piece by piece. If you’d like to keep one guide and refund the rest, we can credit you the difference between the bundle price and the single-guide price.
After 30 days
If something has genuinely gone wrong with a product after the 30-day window — broken downloads, missing files — we’ll always make it right. Just get in touch.
